They are made from a very silky, shiny material, possibly a rayon or something similar. These appear to be a size II. The waist is 36" but can be cinched tighter. There is a yellow stamped R. B. Not so good

These placement filters are not as good as the original. They seem to hold onto the debris & don't release it into the reservoir. I clean the filter & reservoir after each use & always find the filter full & the reservoir nearly empty.
