I really like the semi professional, clean, well groomed look of collar-less shirts for my semi formal office. It is appropriate for almost any office occasion. Whether we're getting a visit from the corporate execs., or going out for happy hour...I don't feel over dressed or under dressed. However, for this item: Pros: 1. Excellent classic fit 2. Good stitching and well made Con: It is to shiny!
